Blockbuster: My 2012 Fave K-Pop Album

From the title above, it sounds like I've already heard all or lot of k-pop album. Honestly, I'm not. But, from all songs/single/album that I've already heard, blockbuster is definitely my favourite.

Block B is my special case for k-pop idol. In my opinion, block b is still categorized as idol. Not like any other idol that I like, I never have to watch their variety show just to make me more liking them. All I do is just listening to their music and suddenly I just fall in love with block b. I start liking them from Nanrina era, and I just dissapointed that their promotion must be canceled because of that Thailand issue. And now I'm so excited that they are back with new material, and yes one more time I fall in love with them, but right now my love for them is deeper :D

I'm not music criticus, I'm just gonna share my favourite track and my opinion of each track. My favourite track must be Movie's Over. Oh god, I just repeat this song for the whole time. At first, I'm not realized that Zico is the one who sing. I think he did a great job from being a rapper to being a singer. Taeil is great. I always love his voice. The melody of this song is just perfect. My next fave track is gonna be romantically. I heard P.O was the one who write the lyrics. Although I can't understand what is the meaning of the lyrics, I always impressed to anyone who can write a music lyrics. Romantically has this r&b, jazzy feeling wich I really like. Just watch this video below and you're gonna fall in love with this song directly.

I know and loving great voice from Taeil. That's why I love 'Where Are You'. Actually this song  is like any other ballad song that come from idol. Since I like this kind of ballad, 'Where Are You' is song that I always repeat in my itunes.

Nilili Mambo, single from this album, has same vibe with Nanrina but with different touch. Oh, what am I talking about? I just want to say that Nilili Mambo has this kind similirity with Nanrina, but there's something that make it different with Nanrina.  Sorry, I'm not good in describing music. The point is this song is catchy, energetic, and really good to boost up your energy. My favourite part from this song is U-Kwon part. "Come on everybody tap tap twist your body, body!!! ~~ " and I like how he performed his part in live performance. Interesting. I also always love Kyung's expression when he's gonna sing his part.

Next is 11.30. This song is the opening of this album. I like this song. Actually at first time I'm just skip this song, since I'm not really into this song. But lately, 11.30 becomes song that I always repeated in my playlist. I love the smooth melody from this song.

I'm not hip hop lover, so No Joke is not gonna be my favourite from this album. There are 2 songs that come from Block B's previous album, Halo and 했어 안했어. There are also instrumental version from Nilili Mambo and Mental Breaker.

Overall, for me this album is such a superb album. Block B succed makes me as a not hip hop lover, loving their music and album. So, I will gill 10 out of 10 for this album. For you that have listenend yet this album, you have to, really have to listening this album.
